We spent so many wonderful summers on our boat in the Avalon Harbor of Catalina Island, we decided to return for our 25th wedding anniversary. This time, with no boat, we decided to stay at Mt. Ada, the Wrigley Mansion, now repurposed as a small inn. We were given The Windsor Room where the Duke stayed for about two months in the 1930’s. We hiked, ate good food and relaxed at the inn with great views of the famous casino, harbor and town.
